Event overview
BYTe positioned the Fun Run as a campus activity that combined fitness, community participation, and IT Month visibility around Benguet State University.
The event archive is still useful because it preserves the operational details runners needed before race day, especially the bib-claiming window and the corrected early-morning start times.
Race-day schedule
- Event window: Friday, February 28, 2025 from 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM.
- 5K gun start: 5:50 AM.
- 3K gun start: 6:00 AM.
- Bib claiming location: CIS Building - BYTe Office, first floor.
- Bib claiming schedule: February 27 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, or February 28 from 5:00 AM to 5:30 AM.
Participant reminders
- Online registration was used to finalize bib preparation before race day.
- Walk-in participation was treated as limited and subject to remaining bib availability.
- Participants were encouraged to coordinate through the BYTe Facebook page for event-day updates.
- The archive still points readers to the route map and the published results page for post-event reference.
