Event Participation Agreement
By registering for any Council for the Restoration of Filipino Values, Inc. (CRFV) event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully.
1. Media Release Authorization
By participating in this event, you grant Council for the Restoration of Filipino Values, Inc. (CRFV) the irrevocable, perpetual, and worldwide rights to:
- Capture photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings during the event (both in-person and virtual sessions)
- Use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such media in all promotional materials, publications, social media, websites, and any other platforms
- Use your name, likeness, and voice in connection with such media
This authorization applies to all current and future media formats and platforms. No compensation or opt-out option is provided for media usage.
You understand that Council for the Restoration of Filipino Values, Inc. (CRFV) may use these materials for promotional, educational, and informational purposes without limitation.
2. Item Return Policy
Participants agree to return all provided items upon completion of the event. This includes but is not limited to:
- Proximity cards or access devices
- Training materials and equipment
- Any other items provided by Council for the Restoration of Filipino Values, Inc. (CRFV) for the event
Failure to return items by the end of the event will result in a fine of PHP 500.00 per item, payable within 15 days of the event's conclusion.
Items must be returned to the designated collection point at the event venue, or by prepaid mail if taken off-site.
3. Completion Certificate Requirements
Council for the Restoration of Filipino Values, Inc. (CRFV) reserves the right to withhold the issuance of completion certificates if participants fail to meet the following requirements:
- Full Attendance: Participants must attend 100% of mandatory sessions (verified via attendance tracking)
- Assessment Completion: Successful completion of all required assessments and assignments
- Item Return: Return of all provided items as specified in Section 2
- Code of Conduct: Adherence to all event rules and regulations
Certificates are expected to be issued within 7 business days after the event, provided all requirements are completed. While we aim to meet this timeline, unforeseen delays may occur beyond the organizer's control.
4. Data Privacy Compliance
Council for the Restoration of Filipino Values, Inc. (CRFV) is committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with:
- The Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173)
- International data protection standards where applicable
By agreeing to this participation agreement, you also consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy:
Your personal data will be used solely for event administration, communications, and the purposes outlined in this agreement.
5. General Terms
- Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines
- Amendments: Council for the Restoration of Filipino Values, Inc. (CRFV) reserves the right to update these terms. Changes will apply to future events
- Liability: Council for the Restoration of Filipino Values, Inc. (CRFV) is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during the event
- Termination: Council for the Restoration of Filipino Values, Inc. (CRFV) reserves the right to remove participants who violate event policies
Non-compliance with any terms of this agreement may result in exclusion from future Council for the Restoration of Filipino Values, Inc. (CRFV) events.
